I am a clothing designer and potter based in sunny Otaki. My little home studio is in the backyard and it sits under a Kowhai tree, where I can sit and watch the lovely bird life. I make both functional ceramics and small sculptural pieces that have a carved texture. My sculptural work is quite personal and can be esoteric. Inspired by Pagan beliefs, protection & new beginnings are common themes. I really love working with clay as a material and a creative outlet.
