This special Canopy Bowl was inspired by New Zealand forest, look a little closer & you will be taken on a walk. A Kauri Tree here, Kānuka, Mānuka or fern there captured in white clay & locally sourced Picton river sand, that is visible through the surface of the piece.

The piece is made by individually making lots of tiny leaf, that are joined together and glazed in a beautiful gloss pale green.

Due to the structural design, this bowl isn't watertight.
