'Cuba Street Superette' is an average small Kiwi Business which is situated 297 – 301 Cuba Street, Wellington NZ. The building is a three storey Edwardian Classical commercial building with Classical ornamentation.

The building has historic value for its reminder of the growth and development of Cuba Street during the Edwardian period. Many fine commercial buildings were built in the area during this time.
